COURSE DESCRIPTION: The ROCS system includes functionality so that positions and postings may go through multiple layers of approval, with requests for approval routed to the appropriate users within a hiring department, unit or school, or within University Human Resources (UHR). The system includes a Budget Approver role, to ensure that all job postings match against funding expectations for a department, unit or school. This tutorial discusses the Budget Review process within ROCS, walking users through the process of approving and advancing a job posting using the Budget Approver role.
